Srdele u vinu

Kad vam dosadi frigati srdele, ispecite ih!

Jednostavna su jela ljeti najbolja, kako za zdravlje tijela tako i za um. Zato ovog ljeta ne frigamo srdele (barem ne uvijek) nego ih pečemo u finom umaku od vina, mrvica, peršina i rajčica. Ljeto nikad nije imalo bolji okus 🙂

Srdele u vinu

Sastojci:

  • 500 g srdela
  • maslinovo ulje
  • sol
  • 1 režanj češnjaka, sjeckani
  • 4 grančice sjeckanog svježeg peršina
  • 1 žlica krušnih mrvica
  • 1 rajčica srednje veličine ili 10 cherry rajčica
  • 100 ml bijelog vina

Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C. Očistite srdele. U vatrostalnu posudu ulijte malo maslinovog ulja, tek toliko da pokrijete dno. Poslažite srdele, jednu do druge.  Lagano ih posolite.

Posipajte sjeckanim češnjakom, krušnim mrvicama, peršinom i nasjeckajte rajčicu ili samo stavite male cherry rajčice na srdele. Prelijte vinom. Pecite 20 minuta.


 

Ingredients:

  • 500 g sardines
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • a handfull of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 middle sized tomato or 10 cherry tomatos
  • 100 ml white wine

Preheat the oven on 200°C and clean the sardines. Cover the bottom of your baking pan with olive oil and place the sardines one beside the other. Season with salt.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley and tomatoes. Pour the wine over the sardines and bake for 20 minutes.
