U ovim keksićima ima i maslaca od kikirikija, kokosovog maslaca (ulja), a može i običan maslac.

Dodajte tome malo čokolade, kokosa i puno, puno ljubavi i… poslovica je ispunjena 🙂

Sastojci
:

  • 200 g nasjeckanih oraščića (po želji)
  • 70 g zobenih pahuljica
  • 100 g kokosovog čipsa
  • 100 g nasjeckane čokolade
  • 3 žlice meda
  • 2 žličice kokosovog ulja ili maslaca
  • 400 g kikiriki maslaca
  • + kokos

Pomiješajte oraščiće, zobene pahuljice, kokosov čips i čokoladu. Na laganoj vatri otopite me i kokosovo ulje, ulijte u smjesu s čokoladom. Promiješajte. Dodajte kikiriki maslac i promiješajte. Iz smjese radite kuglice i spljoštite ih poput keksića, hladite preko noći u frižideru da se stvrdnu (najbolje ih je i čuvati u frižideru). Ako želite, uvaljajte u kokos.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
  • 70 g oats
  • 100 g coconut chips
  • 100 g chopped chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 400 g peanut butter

Combine the nuts with oats, coconut chips and chocolate. Melt the honey and coconut oil, pour over the nut mixture. Stir to combine. Add peanut butter and combine. Make walnut size balls from the mixture, and press them like cookies. Cool them overnight iin the fridge, and it`s best to keep them in the fridge. If you want, you can roll them into coconut, too.
